75 Years of Sugarloaf

75 Years of Sugarloaf

Some mountains shape the way you ride. Sugarloaf is one of them.

To celebrate Sugarloaf’s 75th anniversary, we worked closely with the mountain to create a limited-edition snowboard top sheet featuring the iconic topographic map of Sugarloaf. It’s a graphic that tells a story—not just of elevation lines and trails, but of decades of winters, storms, and turns made right here in Maine.

This top sheet is printed in-house at our Carrabassett Valley factory using the same materials and processes we rely on for every Winterstick board. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is mass-produced. Each top sheet is made to be pressed onto a board that’s built specifically for its rider.

Rather than pairing this graphic with a single model, we chose to offer it as a true custom build. Riders can select the Winterstick snowboard that best fits their style, and we’ll apply the 75th Anniversary Sugarloaf Topo Map top sheet during the build process. The result is a board that’s not only limited and collectible, but meant to be ridden.

The top sheet is available exclusively through the Sugarloaf Board Room. Once purchased, Winterstick takes care of the rest—printing the graphic, building the board, and finishing every detail by hand.

At Winterstick, we’ve always believed that where a board is made matters. Sugarloaf has been the home to our factory for a decade, and this project is our way of honoring a mountain that continues to define snowboarding in Maine.

Built one at a time.

Right here in Sugarloaf, Maine.

Made to celebrate 75 years of Sugarloaf.
