At Winterstick, we’ve always prided ourselves on being more than just a snowboard company. We’re a small, dedicated team passionate about crafting high-quality boards that reflect our love for the sport and our belief in doing things the right way. Over the years, your support has allowed us to create something truly special: a brand rooted in craftsmanship, innovation, and a deep connection to the snowboarding community.

Today, we want to share a challenging update with you.

Despite making significant strides toward financial sustainability over the past year, we’ve reached a crossroads. While we are closer than ever to turning a profit, the reality is that we’ve run out of the runway we need to make that happen. Like many small businesses in these uncertain times, we’ve faced challenges that have pushed us to re-evaluate our path forward.

As part of this difficult process, we have made the decision to pause taking new orders. However, we are fully committed to delivering every snowboard that has already been ordered. Our team is working tirelessly to ensure each of these boards meets the high standards of quality and craftsmanship you expect from Winterstick.

We’re actively exploring every option to keep Winterstick alive and thriving. This includes seeking additional funding, considering partnerships, and even evaluating the possibility of passing the torch to ensure the legacy of Winterstick endures.

What we know for certain is this: we’re not giving up. We’re determined to honor our commitments, keep the factory running, and continue delivering the handmade boards you’ve come to know and love. In order to keep the factory in operation, we are offering everything we have left at the factory at a 30-50% discount.
