The ultimate powder board

The current iteration of the legendary Swallowtail® has been thoughtfully designed to not only maintain speed in powder like no other, but also function as an amazing daily driver and all-mountain board.

The regressive sidecut starts tight and elongates through the tail, allowing for high speed stability. The deep swallowtail bends while carving and makes up for the long sidecut to make this an unexpectedly fun carving board as well.

If you’re looking for the ultimate powder board, this is it.

Camber Profile

Long low rise nose in front of the traditional camber makes the Swallowtail the ultimate board for keeping speed in the deep.

    This board is sick!

I just rode this board and now I want to throw my board in the trash! Seriously though, this board is incredible and so fun. I could lay it all the way over on the edge and feel completely secure in turns where I would have to baby my old board. I could go so much faster and feel completely confident. Took it through a banked slalom and it held the lines rock solid. Thank you Winterstick, this is an amazing board!!!

    Surfing down the Mountain

I only ride my Swallowtail 163 on bigger powder days and it is a blast. The board feels very light and easily floats on top of the snow. It feels like I am surfing down the mountain! Riding this board feels natural on powder days. I love my Swallowtail and get lots of compliments on the chairlift!

    surf

First, I need to commend the Winterstick crew, I ordered my swallowtail and they had it at my door lightning quick. Second, I have had many swallowtail splits and I have never ridden pow that feels this close to surfing. The Winterstick swallowtail turns faster than you would think. Third, Rob Lu is incredibly professional and helpful. The board is a dream. Thank you so much

    Day…Dreaming

Love the wescot pro so much I decided to get the altered pow version ,…the Daydreamer. Rails groomers, obviously great in powder. I’ll take this in brackett basin and burnt mnt when snow is good. I have the 159, and it’s perfect for that terrain. Tight trees, rock drops, float,… it does it all.

    * side note on the swallowtail*…. It’s a 5 star. Not sure why i have 4. But if I could give it a 10 I would, as well as the daydreamer. 10 out of 10.
